We have invested heavily a new fleet of Bucher V80s to provide a high quality and reliable service for our customers. All of our Bucher V80 fleet have been upgraded with a bespoke, rear mounted high pressure jetting system. The high pressure jetting system provides ‘back to black’ results on the dirtiest of surfaces, making the Bucher V80 ideal when preparing for surfacing operations or removing debris from existing surfaces.
The Bucher V80 is not just a high pressure jetter though. It is fitted with a full width sweeping system with central brush and outrigger brush heads to ensure that road, kerbs and channels can be swept. The outrigger brush heads are fitted with a ‘Rotatilt’ system, where the operator can alter the angle of the brushes from the cab to maximise the efficiency of the sweeping.
It also comes equipped with a gully sucking hose so that road gullies can be emptied, all with one machine.
Our fleet of beam sweepers are fitted with the latest technology to ensure they operate safely, even in congested environments. Apart from standard reversing sensors, our fleet comes equipped with a full 360 zone alert system which informs the operator if any persons are approaching too closely. Our fleet is also equipped with multiple warning lights which increase visibility in all conditions.
For surfaces that are in need of that bit extra or for any more demanding sweeping conditions, our Scania mounted Beam Sweepers have Full Width Rear Suction and are perfect for giving your surface that “Back to Black” finish in just one pass.
Every job we undertake is carried out with safety and compliance at the forefront. You can be confident the work is done safely, professionally and in line with your site requirements.
Standard Street sweepers primarily use rotary brushes to pick up light debris and dust. Back to Black sweepers combine heavy-duty rear suction with high-pressure fan water jets to penetrate the surface and dislodge stubborn, compacted dirt.
They are ideal for heavy-duty environments where a standard sweeper isn’t enough.
Yes. Because they feature enhanced dust suppression, powerful water systems, and rear-suction capabilities, they are frequently used for cleaning up chemical or oil spills and preparing surfaces for road resurfacing.
Can I hire one for a one-off job? Yes, we offer flexible rental terms, ranging from ad-hoc emergency or one-off site cleans to long-term ongoing support. Our operators arrive with CSCS/NPORS certifications and full PPE.
